Context

As an data analyst i want to be able to export all relevant tables

Changes proposed in this pull request

Export button added to all (relevant) models and, whilst im here:

citations removed from the admin (this adds very little)
text field has been shortened in the message list view
files have been made read-only in the message detail view (this will make it load much faster and there is no good reason to keep it readable)
