Provide GUI to remove useless Tags #5

Now user can't remove a tag. Removing a Tag is very necessary for using the plugin. try to image you have 100+ useless tags ,you can't remove them, what a terrible experience! And If we can provide search and paged tag list ,It will be great improvement!
