Graphing power/frequency/temp over time? #53

First of all, thank you for I-Nex! After I switched from Windows to Linux, I was looking for a good alternative to CPU-Z and I found it in I-Nex. It's also better than CPU-Z in more ways than one.

Under Windows, I used to use Intel's Power Gadget to monitor when my laptop would throttle. It's a really invaluable utility because it shows graphs like this one: https://i.sli.mg/ST2wga.png and you can quickly diagnose a whole variety of problems.

Intel has Mac & Win versions of that Power Gadget with a GUI but Linux version is command line only (and to be perfectly honest, I've had trouble compiling it and then running it under Arch because I was getting "Init failed!" error).

I've been trying to find a way to show power/freq/temp graphically but I couldn't find a replacement for it. Pfsense comes close but it can't track power and freq. I-Nex is the closest thing but it doesn't show change over time.

Would it be possible to add this to I-Nex in the future? I think it would make it even more invaluable.

Thanks!
