San fransisco mobile screen unresponsive #858

I have a orange sanfransisco mobile and the screen is unresponsive, I have 
tried removing the battery and putting it back again did not worked.

Still the screen is unresponsive, I tried to flash the ROM but when i conenct 
the mobile to my laptop for mounting i cant access the mobile screen.

Can any body help in getting this resolved.
