"Your called partner doesn't support Video Calls" #939

I use the Austrian A1 Over IP Service.
I have correctly configured it with my contact informations and with the 
correct provider configuration but without pbxes.

I even get a connection, but if i want to call somebody, there i hear the voice 
"your called partner doesn't support Video Calls". If I receive a call, there 
is no problem. Everything works fine.
