When using apulse with Chrome, --audio-buffer-size=128 helps with choppy audio #94

this should be added to readme

chrome+alsa has issues, often no audio comes through. apulse makes it work, but audio is choppy if you don't specify --audio-buffer-size=128

bigger values make it more choppy
