Added a smooth scroll feature to scroll to top button and enhanced the design for the same

Issue: The issue was that, the existing scroll to top button was not functioning as expected. Instead of scrolling upwards smoothly, it abruptly brought the top of the page.
Fixes: Issue #12
Changes
1. Added a smooth scroll feature
2. Enhanced the design (styling) of the button
