Ships with no capsule drive fail to jump, hang out forever #3

Ships assigned to escort a transport (such as the maas interceptor) sometimes do not have a capsule drive and therefore cannot capsule jump. When the transport they are escorting capsule jumps, they are left behind and just sit there.
