Added alternative to locize #35

Just tried to play with the spacetranslate service....but seems like beside the landing page the service itself is not yet usable...will merge this when your service is ready to meet primetime...

Hey, do you have time to review the service once again before merge?

Right now it's a free service, until we get some more traction, so play around, no cost. :D
