Updating API docs for i18next.languages to be more detailed #54

This should be accurate, if I understood the source code.

Not sure if I like using "en-US-xx", as that's not real, but I couldn't find any examples of variant-level langtags when I looked.

I've got a couple other pieces I'd like to write, specifically about the order in which namespaces, languages, and keys are used by the t function, and how the overall flow works for fallbacks.
