Update .travis.yml #39

Now Travis builds the configure only run on the master branch.

Thanks! This would indeed solve the problem with tags, but it would also exclude PRs from the builds. We need something, which just does not run on tags. I will try this now - https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/2456#issuecomment-441393704.
