Deprecate ElGamal2048-DSA1024 addresses #114

No one should be using these for new addresses, and we should be encouraging users to migrate away from them.

Necessary work:

core:
- [ ] Split legacy protocols out from supported protocols in CryptoFactory.
webapp:
- [ ] Remove ability to generate new ElGamal2048-DSA1024 addresses.
- [ ] Mark ElGamal2048-DSA1024 addresses as legacy in the UI.
android:
- [ ] Remove ability to generate new ElGamal2048-DSA1024 addresses.
- [ ] Mark ElGamal2048-DSA1024 addresses as legacy in the UI.
