Now that there is an official release, we can stop depending on the beta for IMAP support.

There were a number of API changes and improvements between beta5 and the release, so this will need some careful review and testing.

Test suite passes; the Travis CI failures were for Java 9, which is having some interaction problems with msgfmt.
