Current Behavior
Things to note
Starting i3 with a brand new user seemed normal, all windows looked ok (as in default) and had titles.
It seems like polybar is also broken, and I suspect the cause might be related. The symptoms I am seeing with polybar:
polybar
does not complain about disabling these modules and if I click in the general area they are supposed to be in, the actions do fire (such as changing the song or workspace). So the modules are "there".Expected Behavior
