Current Behavior

Backstory, my infrastructure uses a yubikey on a ldap server. On default ubuntu it has me select which login option I want then type my password for user. Not sure how to work this with i3lock. Is this something thats possible or no?

It’s not currently possible: i3lock has no user interface for this.
