Sensors publish on delta #62

It would be cool if all the sensors were reading their values every so often, and if they ever got some distance from the last published value, would publish.

Do you mean to replace the "publish every N seconds" that we're using now?

Augment. "Publish if we haven't published in N seconds, or on a sensor reading change X big."
