If it's like a mini-poster, the wiki page for each zone is already meant to be that -- the SMW formatting is such that the infobox at the top of the page should contain most or all of that, so simply making a hardcopy should be all it takes. If there's more info that wants to be on a totem, it probably wants to be on the zone wiki page too!
Doing it this way allows a single-source-of-truth, and it's easy for anyone to print an updated copy without needing special access to whatever documents.
I believe there used to be a wiki plugin that made QR codes for some things in the infobox, which broke at some point, and could probably be fixed.
