Upgrade docs to describe the new wrappers structure #353

Describe the process of creating wrappers as:

[ ] Standard behaviour updating the dict
[ ] Ad-hoc behaviour redefining check_usufy, check_mailfy, etc. methods
[ ] Confirm that the wrapper sample behaves as expected
