Provide an updated docu for the ontology #68

The recent updates on frameworks and concerns are not reflected by the current state of the website at http://i40.semantic-interoperability.org/. Either a new page (Github page?) or an update at semantic-interoperability.org needs to be done.

@PriyankaNanjappa could you please use Widoko for generating the Html of the ontology. If you check here you basically have only to execute the .bat and it will generate the Html. @sebbader then you can upload it to the ftp.
