Notebooks are run again during the night #484

For some reason, notebooks are not tested anymore during the night.

I think it's sufficient if they're just running after a merged PR (which should be the case once #483 is merged). The idea of the nightly runs is just to figure out if a dependency (direct or transversal) introduced a breaking change. The idea of the notebooks runs are just if they're compatible with our current API.
