Currently, loading input HI source catalogs includes an artificial multiplication of the source declinations by -1, to turn a catalog of Northern sources into Southern objects. However, this is not needed, since our latest simulated catalogs have correct Southern declinations for SKA-Mid simulations.
[x] Remove SOUTH_CATALOG_FACTOR from code
[x] Make sure existing tests and notebooks work correctly
[x] If needed, replace test HDF5 golden files with files containing correct catalogs (i.e. with negative declinations)
