Create and publish L2 calibration data using Olivier's procedure

    • [ ] Identify inputs to algorithm
    • [ ] Look at compilation options (C or C++ code) or rewite in python?
    • [ ] Crate and L2 product i.e a fits file to hold output
    • [ ] Integrate into pipeline
    • [ ] Produce files and test
    • [ ] Deliver to ESA for white list
