Umi里已经内置了react 相关 presets，这样会有点重复。

@SmallStoneSK 看一下 @babel/plugin-proposal-class-properties 这种新特性，能否不用？或者还有啥别的更好的解法

@i5ting packages/json-schema-editor 在项目中其实已经完全没有用到，可以从仓库中移除掉
