Add link to Invisiclues to HELP menu #198

I maintain Invisiclues hints for Counterfeit Monkey https://intfiction.org/t/counterfeit-monkey-invisiclues-hints/44257

I imagine some players would benefit from knowing about those, and it could be slipped in somewhere in the HELP menu. Maybe a top-level "Hints" menu item, which just says:
