Users open to blank screen #33

Moving this to a new bug since it seems to be related to the SSL.

I contacted RapidSSL.com, https://knowledge.rapidssl.com/support/ssl-certificate-support/index.html And spoke to Geoff in sales (who sits in South Africa!) on the phone, Geoffrey_Glover@symantec.com, then Chris via IM

Chris said the Intermediate Chain does not appear to be installed, specifically: Below is a link to our documentation for installing the certificate in AWS (Amazon Web Service). Step 8 in the process provides a link for the Intermediate CA Certificates Bundle that will need to be downloaded from firefox (saved as txt in step 8) and applied in the "Certificate Chain" form on the installer. I put in messaging for when the server is down.

There is sometimes a blank screen, with no spirals and no alert. But no scree shot. More common is to have the spirals. Adding in another bug.
