Rebranding and lot of QOL

I created a logo and a banner for the mod, I also changed things in mod.json, about.md, and I created changelogs.md. I rewrote a part of readme.md to make it more readable with link that redirect to the (future) wiki.

In mod.json:

• added tags
• added issue link

In about.md:

• I added a link to the wiki

In changelogs.md:

• I created the file and wrote some quick change logs

Then I replaced the logo.jpg with a new one.
