Add a simple VBScript to automatically boot on windows #24

Adds a 2 line vbs file with instructions in the readme for starting the server exe automatically on windows without opening a command window.

Someone smarter than me should try and make it so that the vbs file is only included on the windows release

amazing, could you share the files that were created automatically? I need to check whether the automatic actions merge the two files or if it makes a StudioPresence file with the startup.vbs (preferred)

I was able to successfully add the vbs file to the windows release only. Should be good to merge StudioPresence-Windows (2).zip

great, i will edit the package a bit to make it less confusing for the user
