Whole brain parcellation #2

Hi,

I am processing a neonatal dataset with the pipeline and the results look really good. However, I was wondering when the cerebellum segmentation/parcellation, and whole brain parcellation will be available in the docker version.

Thanks for your feedback. The pre-trained model for cerebellum segmentation is available here: https://github.com/DBC-Lab/Self_Supervised_Learning

Other cerebellum-related tools are still under-developing. We will keep you updated.
