i can success tagged vlan500 to my rt-n16 wan port for my internet, how i tag 
vlan 600 to my router again ? am i need tagged vlan 500 and 600 to my wan port ?

I can't say for sure there's a valid issue/problem being reported here... See 
the "Advanced VLAN Stuff" section on this wiki doc:

It seems you just need to create a trunk.
