Switched to using NuGet For Unity.

Added NuGet for Unity
Deleted manually added DLLs
Installed YoutubeExplode 6.0.2 for .Net 4.6
Fixed a couple of issues due to changed APIs
At this point some references are failing, and DLLs had to be moved in the same folder (under Assets/Packages)

Seems to work fine, but it looks like closed captions are broken (HTTP 404 on getting manifest)

I could not make it work. A video or file showing step by step the process might help.
