Filter support on history #646

So we can click through on modes, we should be able to filter game history by map / gametype. This will allow users who don't believe they have 90% loss rate on Live Fire Slayer -- they can see the exact matches.

I tested this out on Overviews and its horribly slow, despite having amazing indexes.
