Unable to prove ownership of gamertag #6

When I try, it says that I haven't completed step 3 - however I have.

1931239123 months later. Finally figured this out. Strange permission problem with MS accounts. It seems they detect "bot" and/or "0 gamerscore" accounts and nullify a lot of the fields if this is the case, as testing with my main account doesn't have this problem (then again, I am friends in these tests so that is probably it)

Tested with someone in person

(Not a friend)

(He added my dev account)

Just like that bio is coming back.
