Events happening late in the evening (crossing midnight) are missing. #51

e.g: UK Barbarella-Dome! has an event at 2015-09-04 23:45:00. When 9/4 is selected in "Events" view, last non-allday event is 10:00pm "Live Karoke + Hand Tossed..."

Added a fast scroll index so now you can quickly jump to an hour, and you can also list an entire camp's events. When I checked that camp's listing page, I didn't see that event so possibly there is a mismatch between my database and what you're looking at? I see that event double listed for Saturday 9/5 (one with a fucked up title w/ extra spaces) at 12:00am.

When I import events, I shittily split up events crossing a day boundary, so it results in weird problems like that.

I really should fix that behavior for next year, but dealing with dates can be kind of a mind fuck sometimes
