Add UTC Time #576

  3. [x] Why should this project be added: It's useful to be able to see the UTC time in menu bar if you do any kind of development where you deal with UTC time, like servers, logs, etc.
  4. [x] End all descriptions with a full stop/period
  5. [x] Entry is ordered alphabetically
  6. [x] Appropriate icon(s) added if applicable (OSS, freeware)

I'd argue this to be rather pointless.
