Tagcloud not picking up the CSS #10

The tagcloud is, on my site, ugly and packed compared to the previous Arras. It appeared that the class of a tagcloud in a widget is only .tagcloud, while the correct formatting is contained in .tags

Not sure what's happening here. I don't find any instances of the .tagcloud class in the CSS for the older Arras either, so presumably nothing has changed in the display of that widget. The .tags class governs display of post tags: arrasposttags If you have before/after screenshots that would be helpful to figure out what's happening.

I'm referring to the tag cloud widget at the bottom of a site. I am not doing the cleanest upgrades, so I may be wrong, but if you want to check on your own install:
