Feature request - Configuration entry to only allow certain people to use morph

I know the tracker is mostly used as a bug reporting tool, but I figured the "enhancement" category wouldn't be too far off the course of my humble request.

First of all, I really like morph. It adds a huge amount of possibilities to roleplay servers especially when there's story-driven events led by a gamemaster, which is happening from time to time on our little community server.

What bothers me though is that once Morph installed, anyone can (with some restrictions already provided by the current state of the config file) morph into anything. I know it's primarily meant to be a "fun" mod but still:

Would it be possible to add an optional configuration setting that would only allow certain people (OPs? maybe a predefined username list in the config?) to use Morph? Others shouldn't even be able to collect morphs or see the interface, if possible.
