iChunUtil 12.2 Crashes on Startup With Latest Version of 1.12.2 Forge

I launch 1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.5.2838 with only ichunutils and glass and it crashes.

It says why right in the log. "You're running the deobf version of iChunUtil...". Deobf version is meant to run in development environments. You need to go get a normal build version (one without "-deobf" in the file name).
