ichunUtil doesnt work on Nitrado Gameserver for Minecraft 1.12.2 #194

Im putting iChunUtil on the Server, starting it and the server is starting first and then he is restarting all the time. I cant join on the Server, because its restarting every time. Please try to fix it, because i tryed everything on my server and nothing works :(
