Description

Hospital manager:

1. Hospital manager creates file upload page link.
2. Hospital manager provides a link to customer (Patient).

Customer (Patient):

1. Customer navigate to the link page.
2. Customer has to login the page if customer does not have logged in.
3. Customer does upload a one or more files at the navigated page.
4. Customer does click SUBMIT button after files uploaded.
