ICH Platform TBT Optimizaiton #39

Current Situation

ICH core web vitals on google seach console had been affected negatively due to large design & UI udpates implementation in short period of time.

The optimizatin have been made on ICH-#1431 and the page web vitals hav started to improve again

More improvment to be made

Currently mobile LCP has dropped drastically after image & TBTB optimization and but still not in the good url level (2.5s) Some pages LCP has been reduced to 2.6s and seems like there is a high chance that more optimization on TBT might be able to reduce it below 2.5s image
