Tollan i am able to display deterministic output for the code but it is brut force method. i still don't know how i can handle atomic values to return atomic value(themselves) in metta. but it looks like i found why it is returning nondeterministic value.

There's a better way of doing this. We can check the metatypes of the expressions we want to reduce instead of simply brute forcing it.
