iBooks Style Page Turning #61

Like comic books displayed in iBooks, an option to make it that turning pages plays a dynamic 'page-curling' animation.

This one has a few considerations that need to be worked out:

[ ] Find a way to distinguish between panning/zooming gestures and page-turning gestures.
[ ] Work out a way to derive what the most common page size in a comic file is.
