Hi,

I hope functions around eigengenes in the WGCNA section. If we can download at least the eigengenes matrix, it will be very helpful. A heatmap representing correlation with a design matrix and eigengenes may also be useful.

We will discuss the solution at the lab meeting this week. Once we have some result, we will let you know.

FYI, we are currently working on restructure the code. New features may be implemented in the new framework.
