Impossible to confirm the voicemail number

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ther's not voicemail number setted.
2. tap on Voicemail button
3. insert the number, but you can't tap the "Ok" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The insert windows it's too low

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest found on Cydia (2.3)

Yes you are correct. But in the settings menu you can also define your 
voicemail number. And then it seem to work ok in the app.
