They are part of the Cal Phenology TCN and these folks are listed on their page on iDigBio Danny McCamish, senior environmental scientist Jim Dice, reserve manager Larry Hendrickson, senior park aide Larry.Hendrickson@parks.ca.gov (he is one of the people listed on IH if you click far enough)
