Method for the data hist end point #28

All,

Renato mentioned that Neil Cobb had requested additional visualizations for dates. Here is a preliminary graph I generated just by grabbing the year bucketed data from the datehist api endpoint.

Obviously there are some standout errors here, specifically on the century marks, and a notable falloff in recent data.
