Added a way to filter search by tag, just type tag:Tag_Name into search - http://dev.stargeo.io/search/?q=dengue+tag%3ADSS. Sole tag without other keywords also allowed - http://dev.stargeo.io/search/?q=tag%3AAge.

Added annotations page.

Added a way to see sample annotations. To get there click on number of samples on series annotations page.

Implemented CSV export of analysis results. See button under datagrid.

Made tag search case-insensitive, i.e. searching for tag:DHF and tag:dhf is now the same.

Mouse and rat series and sample data is now loaded (and updated weekly). New platform probes for all 3 species is in the process of loading.
