Hi! More information is needed. What operating system is it, did the app work before and after which the problem appeared, have you tried installing CCTV Viewer from source or PPA?
I am using Fedora 39. CCTV Viewer is installed via snap, it seems to have been updated today.
I have been using this app for more than a year and launched it almost every day but since this morning it's not starting.

Hm... As temporary solution downgrade CCTV Viewer: sudo snap revert cctv-viewer --revision 1243
I confirm the problem. The error is related to Snap packaging. At this point I have rolled back the changes and you can simply reinstall CCTV Viewer.
I am unable to revert. I think maybe I removed and reinstalled it when the issue happened I lost the old version.

Hello, error running...
sudo snap revert cctv-viewer --revision 1243

Just reinstall CCTV Viewer. The latest working version is already in the stable channel.
