SCS interface is not working #64

Tried to use SCS as low level solver for polyopt.m or roaest.m

Used the latest version for scs-matlab. https://github.com/bodono/scs-matlab?tab=readme-ov-file

Used the installation for scs from: https://www.cvxgrp.org/scs/install/matlab.html

Installation was succesful.
