Custom flow setting of 12, with an increment of 2, and 4 steps is only yielding the default flow rate tests.

After setting the first flow rate to 12, the flow increment to 2, and the number of flow steps to 4, it prints using the default setting still. During the print job it says the flow is 8, 10, 12, and 14 instead of 12, 14 16, and 18.
